Texarkana Symphony Orchestra Season Tickets On-Sale NOW!

Texarkana Symphony Orchestra presents Season 2014-2015 with six wonderful concert performances:

• Masterworks I—Beethoven and Blue Jeans - Saturday, October 11, 2014, Concert: 7:30PM; Concert Preview: 6:40PM

    This evening is all about enjoying great classical music in a relaxed atmosphere. So put on those jeans and join us for TSO’s Opening Night! Featuring the following Beethoven classics:
    • Coriolan Overature, Op. 62
    • Symphony No. 8, Op. 93, in F major
    • Symphony No 2, Op. 36, in D major

    • Pops I—Passport to the Movies - Saturday, November 1, 2014, Concert: 7:30PM; Concert Preview: 6:40PM
    From the evocative Tango from Scent of a Woman to the rhythmic drive of the Symphonic Suite from Pirates of the Caribbean this is symphonic movie music at its best!

    A Texarkana tradition! Join the TSO, Texarkana Regional Chorale, Pleasant Grove High School Showstoppers and Santa Claus, for this Holiday concert for the whole family. Featuring: Holiday pop, traditional, and sacred favorites, a carol sing-along, and the winner of the 2014 TSO Celebrity Conductor Competition.

    • Pops III—From the Heart - Saturday, February 7, 2015, Concert: 7:30PM
    The perfect evening for you and your Valentine. Enjoy great romantic standards like: Cole Porter’s Night and Day; Holland: How Sweet It is (To Be Loved by You); Prince: Kiss; and Rodgers/Hart My Funny Valentine.
