A full Five Course Mediterranean Dinner by Chef Jason Stevens with Wine Pairings by Vincent Senatore, Everybody's Wine Guy


First Course
Imported and Domestic Cheeses served with Lavash Flatbread
Seared Day Boat Scallops with Tabbouleh Salad
Wine - Vincent’s Choice of Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course
Moussaka with an Olive Tapenade, Served with Charred Crusty Bread
Wine – Vincent’s Choice of Rosé of Pinot Noir

Watermelon Limonatta Gremolata

Third Course
Roasted Maple Leaf Farms Duck, Cheddar Grits, with a Blue Berry Compote
Wine- Vincent’s Choice of Handcraft Petite Syrah

Fourth Course
Grilled Lollipop Lamb Chops, with She-Crab Polenta, accented with a Cherry Demi-Glace
Wine- Cabernet Sauvignon

Fifth Course
Rosemary and Pine Nut Polenta Cake with Grilled Peaches
Wine – Tiziano Prosecco
