TRAHC staff is organized by administrative, programmatic and promotions function; five Directors provide leadership to staff in each area. As a small staff, functions overlap.

Brian Goesl

Executive Director

CEO and Exec. Director of the council's corporation.  Responsible for strategic planning, programmming, administration of the council and interaction with local, state, federal agencies.  Provides leadership to develop, communicate and pursue TRAHC's vision and mission.  Positions TRAHC for community leadership through community partnerships.


Mary Starrett

Administrative Director

Primary assistant to Executive Director in all administrative functions and overall operations of the corporation.  Liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.  Coordinates all aspects of performing arts talent contracts. Maintains personnel records and oversees accounting operations.  Part of the management team responsible for program planning, implementation, evaluation.


Laney Bassham

Administrative Coordinator

Provides assistance to Executive Director and Administrative Director in all administrative functions and overall operations of the corporation and assistant liaison to the Board, Executive Committee, and Foundation Committee. Integral to preparation, editing, and coordination of all aspects of performing arts talent contracts. Assists coordination of talent acquisition, onboarding, policy updates, maintenance of records, and organizational insurance policies. Assists coordination of grants, as well as program planning, promotion, implementation and evaluation, as needed.


Brooke Hopkins

Administrative Assistant

Provides assistance in the administrative area for the Adinistrative Director and Executive Director.  Assists with contract preparation and with arrangements for Board/WFA meetings. 


LaNita Burroughs


Responsible for all in-house accounting, including all accounts receivable and payable, contract record-keeping; works closely with outside accounting firm for year end audit.  Assists with grand administration, prepares cash flow and budget.  Works with each program area and WFA in keeping financial information current and accurate.


Jennifer Unger

Education Director

Director for the ArtsSmart program and school-related education programming.  Oversees direction and administration of TRAHC’s ArtsSmart program, including administration and supervision of staff artists and resident artists.  Responsible for budget development, management and grant support for ArtsSmart.  Part of the planning, program development, and evaluation and promotion team for education and related programs. 


Kay Thomas

ArtsSmart Artist Educator

Responsible for creating, documenting and tracking value for TRAHC’s ArtsSmart program.  Responsible for planning and implementation of training, workshops, arts integration support and all related areas within the program.


Becky Black, PhD

Visual Arts & Community Programs Coordinator

Responsible for the coordination, implementation and marketing of TRAHC’s community programs and visual arts. Responsible for budget development, management and grant support in related areas. Coordinates contract tech staff for gallery exhibits and community arts classes. Integral to community interface for organization. Programmatic responsibilities include development and coordination of and registrar for Arts on Main community art classes.


Alisha Tarbill

ArtsSmart Program Assistant

Responsible for support of ArtsSmart staff and programming, including workshops, staff development, artist reservations, booking schools for student shows in the Perot Theatre, support for Best Practices, and all publicity efforts related to ArtsSmart.


Kaye Baxter

Regional Arts Center Rental and Volunteer Coordinator


Randal Conry

Operations Director

Oversees all physical maintenance of buildings and equipment, in particular technology.  Works in conjunction with Executive Director to over see Regional Arts Center maintenance.  Responsible for the Perot Theatre operations including TRAHC’s presentations, rental of the hall, and staffing.  Oversees all technical, front of house, and maintenance personnel and maintains inventory of the theatrical and maintenance supplies and assists with preparation and management of the city budget (Perot Theatre).  Part of the management team responsible for all program planning, development and evaluation.  Database manager.


Noah Crissman

Technical Director

Works both independently and directly with Operations Manager to accomplish a variety of tasks associated with theatre operations.  Duties include contracting, oversight and training of stagehands; maintaining stage equipment and inventory; preparing technical requirements for touring productions.


Tiffani Whitehead

Marketing Coordinator

Overall responsibility for the marketing, promotions, patron relations and informational services of the Council, in conjunction with the Executive Director.  Handles group sales.  Key representative of the organization and Perot Theatre in regional markets essential to tourism development and in community markets essential for relationships for resource development; media support; sponsor support.  Part of the management team responsible for program plans, development and evaluation.


Debbie Gilliam

Audience Services Manager

Primary point of contact for Perot Theatre and TRAHC as Box Office Manager, and as such integral to successful patron services.  Responsible for direct handling of series and single ticket records and sales through computerized box office.  First responsibility to be public contact for sales.  Assists with planning marketing and sales strategies, packaging, membership records and responsible for staffing box office. 


Aaron Brown

Duties are mostly janitorial.  Includes preventative maintenance, repairs, meeting/presentation set-up, cleaning, etc.
