DESCRIPTION:Come learn to create art with metal using welding\, cutting and blacksmithing.  Please bring leather gloves and safety glasses. DESCRIPTION:What is the Mayo Arts Maker Space? \nTRAHC’s Mayo Furniture Arts MakerSpace is an exploratory studio experience designed for artists/makers of all ages and skill levels. This open\, hands-on environment invites participants to create\, experiment\, and explore a wide variety of unusual art materials through open-ended projects rather than step-by-step instructions. \nUnlike a traditional “make and take\,” the Mayo Arts MakerSpace emphasizes discovery\, critical thinking\, and creative problem solving. Artists/makers engage with artistic challenges that have multiple solutions\, encouraging perseverance\, curiosity and personal expression. Experiences can be individual or collaborative\, allowing artists/makers to learn from both independent exploration and shared discovery. \nMaterials\, prompts\, and visual inspirations rotate regularly\, including seasonal and holiday influences.
