Join Merilynn Johnson in making your own little village hand-built from porcelain clay! This is a two-part class that will meet in the Clay Eichler Ceramics Studio in TRAHC’s ArtSpace (518 Pine Street).

Session 1 of this instructional class will take place Tuesday, April 29 from 6-8pm and participants will create their own miniature buildings by cutting block shapes and fine tuning into different buildings. Different tools will be provided to make impressions of different house features (or other buildings!).

Session 2 of this class will take place Tuesday, May 6 from 6-8pm and participants will add colored glazes to their fired works from the previous session. A clear glaze can also be requested in addition to the glazes. Participants should expect to create 6-8 buildings and will be notified upon the completion of the final firing for pickup.

Materials and tools are provided by the artist and TRAHC. Tuition is only refundable if less than 8 students register. This course is open to individuals 18+
