Here at TRAHC we are dedicated to bringing the arts to our community. No matter your age or background, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to create. In this effort to revitalize the arts in our community, we have opened the Mayo Furniture Arts MakerSpace.
So the big question: What is a MakerSpace? It’s an exploratory studio, centered on a theme, designed for makers of all ages to create, play, and experiment. Try out unusual tools and materials; explore open-ended problems with multiple solutions; engage in deep, collaborative, or individual creative experiences; and build perseverance, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on learning. The only limit here is your imagination. So whether you’re nine or ninety. we welcome you to come let your inner artist out.
