Join local instructor Colleen Woods for a beginner-friendly yoga experience at the Regional Arts Center 🧘‍♀️🖼️

This experience will take place Saturday, July 18 from 10:30-11:30am in the Main Secured Gallery at TRAHC’s Regional Arts Center (321 W. 4th Street). 

This art & yoga experience is open to individuals 18+. Students are encouraged to bring their own mats and materials, as the instructor has a limited supply. Fees collected from this experience will be used for programming in the Mayo Arts MakerSpace. During this event, attendees will be able to observe and discuss artworks from TRAHC’s 38th Annual Juried Exhibition, which includes artwork from across the country and globe.
