Beginner Woodturning: Native Wood Bowl
October 22 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Another woodturning experience! 🪵
Students will work under the guidance of skilled instructors to safely create, on a lathe, one bowl made of native wood. Each bowl will be approximately 6″ in circumference and 3-5″ tall, depending on design choices, and can have either a finished or natural edge. The instructors have four lathes and two students can share a lathe during the class.
This class will meet Thursday, October 22 from 6-8:30pm in the Calhoun Studio at TRAHC’s ArtSpace (518 Pine Street).
This class is $65 and all materials are provided by the artist and TRAHC. This class is open to individuals 16+. Students aged 16 and 17 must have a parent accompany them. For additional questions, please email marcusz@trahc.org.
